The parish is the core of Catholic life in our local communities; their collective mission to spread the Gospel would not be possible without the generosity of parishioners each week through the offertory collection. In every parish of our Archdiocese, the impact of the pandemic has been particularly acute. Therefore it is important during this time that our parishes and priests continue to receive the offertory support they need to remain operational.

Parish In Need Fund

The Parish in Need fund supports parishes facing financial difficulties or requiring emergency funding at this time. For example, your donation could help a financially poor parish replace their 30 year old boiler which had suddenly broken down, leaving the Church without heating, or help a Church repair potentially dangerous falling masonry.

Monies donated will go to parishes in the Archdiocese of Southwark requiring urgent financial support at this time.
